To apply for an apartment, fill out the student rental application listed below. You will need to turn in the full security deposit for the apartment along with all the roommates completed and signed applications and a $25 per person application fee. Once we receive your completed applications, security deposit and application fees, we will screen your applications. If we are able to accept you as residents we will put together your lease and you will have one week to have the roommates and co-signers sign the lease and return it to B&A Realty.
Your first and last months’ rent is due by August 1, 2018
Our leases start August 16, 2018 and go through July 31, 2019
We do not guarantee parking spots in the lots behind your building. For potential residents at 100 E. 13th Avenue, the lot is first come, first serve. There are about 8-10 spots for the 30 residents who live there. We ask you buy a city parking permit to have a second option of where to park.
All residents must have a co-signer.
You are able to sublease your apartment.
B&A Realty does NOT have 24-hour maintenance. Any maintenance request received over the weekend or after hours, we will be serviced the next business day.
How do we screen your application?
Applications are screened through the Federal Adjustment Bureau (FABCO) and if applicable, we check your previous rental history. If for some reason we cannot accept you as residents, your security deposit will be returned to you. Learn more here!
