About B&A Realty Investments

Keith Brown, founder of B&A Realty Investments, grew up watching his grandmother collect rent from properties in his Northeast Ohio hometown and knew he wanted to pursue real estate someday.

He came to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University and never left.

His passion for real estate grew as he saved money to purchase properties around the OSU campus, eventually expanding into other parts of Northwest Columbus. What started as a personal interest grew into a family-owned company built on helping people find a place to call home.

Throughout his career, Keith has been actively involved in the Columbus real estate community and local service organizations. While he enjoys spending winters in Florida, he continues to share his experience and guidance with B&A Realty Investments today.

Keith’s daughter, Kaci, grew up in the real estate world.  She helped prepare for new residents on The Ohio State University campus and listened as maintenance requests came through the family’s answering machine. From an early age, she saw the behind-the-scenes work and relationships that went into creating a successful rental business.

After graduating from Ohio University and beginning her career in state politics, Kaci returned to the family business to work alongside Keith full-time. With a passion for organization and innovation, she helped bring B&A Realty Investments into the digital age by modernizing systems and creating new processes to better serve residents and clients.

Recognized by Columbus REALTORS® as a Top 10 real estate professional, Kaci has remained involved in the Columbus real estate community and other organizations.

Beyond real estate, Kaci is the founder of Linchpin Habit, a platform focused on helping people build sustainable health through small, consistent actions that fit into everyday life.
